This newly-formed guild is just getting underway. It is named for St. Barnabas, the encourager. The goal of this guild is maintain contact with members in transition. In addition to providing follow-up contacts with visitors and newcomers, it has become evident there is a need for visitation and short-term hands-on assistance for our members who are returning home after a hospitalization, or in times of trauma. For a reasonable time, the members of the Guild will provide rides to a doctor’s appointment, prescription pick-up, grocery shopping or errand running, preparation and delivery of a simple meal and arranging for in-home Holy Eucharist.
